The Bubble Burst.....

When baseball historians look back at the 2012 LA Dodgers, the question will be asked what happened to them. The answer is the bubble burst on June 19th, when they traveled to Oakland and eventually got swept by the Athletics.
One week later the Dodgers traveled to San Francisco and got swept by the Giants. They didn't score one run. The faced the ever struggling Barry Zito and the suddenly struggling Tim Lincecum. And to make matters worse, Andre Eitheir is hurt. The once double digit lead in the NL West is now down to nil.
First place was fun while it lasted. The wind is out of the Dodgers sails and the winds of change have shifted to San Francisco.
